Bug [TextAPI]: "Edition_plain_text_Arabic"
Description
In the arabic collection the scholars have put an "edition", Edition_plain_text_Arabic (URI: 3vp38), that only contains *.txt for their work.
Since it's not a proper edition, some functions like tapi:get-editors() fail in what they are trying to do.
Edition_plain_text_Arabic (URI: 3vp38) shouldn't be displayed and therefore excluded from the TextAPI.
