This MR

• provided a new API endpoint, /content/ahikar-json.zip, which contains the JSON input for the collation
• removes the TXT enpoints since it has become obsolete with the new JSON endpoint

  • build the database locally
  • add some Ahiqar data to the database
  • curl the endpoint /content/ahikar-json.zip

• I added a statement to the CHANGELOG.

Version number

• I bumped the version number in build.properties.
