Bug fix

Summary

This MR fixes the whitespace issue by replacing every ignored element with a <xhtml:span> </xhtml:span>, what should force a whitespace. This element is likely part of an annotation (e.g. in case of tei:corr).

• I added a statement to the CHANGELOG.

Version number

• I bumped the version number in build.properties.

Readme and general docs

• I updated the README (if applicable) and kept the docs up to date.
