Draft: Feature/#165 annotations html implementation of nested motifs

Summary

This MR provides an enhancement of the intermediate TEI that is created by motif-expansion.xqm: It is able to handle both simple and nested motifs now.

❗ This feature will break some of the HTML serialization since it doesn't consider cases where motifs span several pages. This case will be handled in #167 (closed).
