Bugfix/#158: set annotation string for body value (persons, places)

With this MR the Person and Place annotations now provide the actual person/place name in the annotation body instead of a dummy string.

Tests

Are we able to test this new feature?

• Yes, everything can be done via unit tests.
• Yes, you can test by following these steps:

1. log in to VPN
2. go to https://ahikar-test.sub.uni-goettingen.de/api/annotations/ahikar/arabic-karshuni/3r177/2a/annotationPage.json
3. investigate the annotations with the type Person and Place
4. these should have a body value in Arabic/Syriac/Karshuni (which is the actual name) instead of a dummy string
