Reorganize the top right menu area

I took a break from the error handling stuff and worked on reorganizing the top bar a little. Currently, the instance configuration and import options are in the user menu, which really doesn't make any sense in my opinion. I've moved them to separate buttons in the toolbar. I've moved the logout button into the user menu. The whole area also has a less distracting color scheme:
