Migrate existing instances to new server and completely dockerize the development server

This can be seen as a followup of #16 (closed). The new tasks are mainly these:

• Migrate Databases and instances to new server
• Revoke certificates for moved instances due to new production domain
• Create a way for the Gitlab CI to deploy to a staging environment (only tagged versions!)

This issue became obsolete. There is no need for any instances to live on. There will be a backup of the database and together with the hash of the instance each instance could be redeployed within minutes.

• Create Database dump with Git sha attached
• Shutdown the old instances
