Remove Google as a dependency

Currently the app uses the Roboto fonts and the Material icons from the Google cdn. For Privacy reasons these Resources should be hosted by ourselves and not by Google.

If it is not possible to self host the resources, they should be exchanged for others which can be self-hosted.
