CI: Keep develop artifacts
Description
Although the artifacts created by the CI for the develop branch are linked in the README and thus make the impression of being stable, they are removed after a certain time.
I expected the following to happen
The artifacts are always available.
On the contrary, I observed
The artifacts are removed after X days.
