Text panel: padding for RTL

Description
Currently (v1.13.0) we have only very little padding left and right in the text panel. This looks a bit off if we have RTL and the annotation panel has been switched off:
User Stories
As a user of the edition I need more padding on the sides in order to have a visually pleasing experience when using TIDO.

Is this feature an enhancement of existing code or a completely new feature?
