Scrollbar missing in Metadata panel

Description
Currently there is no scrollbar displayed in the Metadata panel. Users might not understand that there is more metadata available because they don't have a visual cue indicating this.
I expected the following to happen
If we have more info than the vertical space in the Metadata panel allows for, a scrollbar should be displayed.
On the contrary, I observed
