Bug: Newer versions of Ahiqar app not installed on `test`

Description

Installing a new version of the Ahiqar app on test doesn't work. A collection for the app is created, but it's empty except for controller.xql.

I expected the following to happen

The app should have been installed successfully.

On the contrary, I observed

Steps:

• upload a new version
• login to the server
• have a look at eXist-db's dashboard
• have a look at the collection contents via eXide
