Get collation results not working properly

Description

• I expected the following to happen: When the get-collation-results stage has been triggered by the Collatex repository, new data should be committed to this repo.
• On the contrary, I observed: Although there have been changes in the data (in this case the IDs have been altered), the commit wasn't successful (see https://gitlab.gwdg.de/subugoe/ahiqar/backend/-/jobs/588486 which has been triggered by https://gitlab.gwdg.de/subugoe/ahiqar/backend/-/pipelines/211527).

How to reproduce the bug

• change something in the data
• execute a pipeline on main in the Collatex repo
• observe the pipeline triggered in this repo
