Annotations: Performance (follow up of #159)

While #159 (closed) has greatly improved the loading time of the annotations, there is still room (and necessity) for improvements before merging the variants.

One big bottleneck seems to be the calculation of the AnnotationPage's total annotations. This should be calculated in advance, too.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
