Variants: add them to the AnnotationAPI

Feature Request

Since #132 (closed) we have the collation results available in the database. These results have now to be transferred to the AnnotationAPI.

As the TIDO viewer I need the variants available in the AnnotationAPI in order to display them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
