Deployment: version specific API

Description

• I expected the following to happen: When curling https://ahikar-test.sub.uni-goettingen.de/api/deploy/$VERSION the package version given in $VERSION should be installed
• On the contrary, I observed: The HTTP Status of the endpoint is 405 and deployment is aborted.

How to reproduce the bug

• re-activate the commented section in https://gitlab.gwdg.de/subugoe/ahiqar/backend/-/blob/develop/.gitlab-ci.yml#L171
• let a pipeline run
