Algorithm description

• Use Rust code in description? -> prob. to verbose..
  • maybe Python Syntax could be used instead of obnoxious algorithm env?
  • but algorithm env looks more professional
• maybe stuff like realloc can be omitted
• document invariants that the code upholds?
