Mouse Nomenclature

• add more Types of Mouselines (Inbred, Hybrid, coisogenetic..)
• add more Types of Mutations (targeted mutation, transgene insertion..)
• adapt classification from Jackson Nomenclature (5 cases for now)
• replace "x" in Hybrid Type
• help texts for choosing the right classification
• for mutation entries: official gene symbol mandatory
• possibility that gene name can contain digits
• hybrid entries: mother and father "unsepcified type" currently as default
• editing mouseline -> unwanted "" in name
• adding new mouseline without Gene abbreviation -> also unwanted ""
