Separate usage and deployment descriptions

Usage description (displayed in AW user interface) should not be mixed with deployment information needed when setting up the Docker container on the host system.

Example implementation can be found in File Mover project:

• deployment information in primary project README.md
• AW usage instructions in a separate file within the python module
• the usage description is loaded an returned as part of the response to an AW "register" request
