Expose hidden components of "tAggregrateRow" to the internal .item-XML model

Expose the components of tAggregrateRow (tAggregrateRow_AGGIN & tAggregrateRow_AGGOUT) to the internal model of the TOS job, it in a clean way. Right now, it is handled by ignoring the split between those components.
