Group messages

Description

Normal users are able to define their own tagged groups of recipients. Mails can then be sent to the whole group via /send <groupname> Authorized users are able to create groups visible und usable by all members within a whitelisted chat.

Use Case

E.g. define a group to easily reach multiple people not available via IM means.

CheckList

• Authorization for group creation/visibility/etc.
• Create new groups
• View existing groups and their member
• Update existing group by adding/removing people
• Delete group
• Send mail to specific group (or maybe even groups)
