Submissions and SubmissionType download option with assets

Description / Overview

Tutors and reviewers can copy a submission and related information to their computer easily. The two most likely paths are a copy to clipboard button and a download button.

Use cases

Tutor and reviewer can download a submission while they correct it to further process it on their computers. They should be able to retrieve related information like task description, sample solution or testdata.
