Update the README

• The suggested process should work on most platforms without preventable hickups
• More examples and use cases can be provided when possible (especially for the scripts in util folder)
• List dependencies maybe this could be generated automatically
• Add coverage label from CI jobs
• Reformat this issue to Markdown
