subscription ended on submit

with submit-button comes following error message.

It seems like your subscription has (temporarily) ended. If you've been validating feedback or resolving conflicts those subscriptions might become active again. If that happens they'll become clickable in the sidebar.

it would be helpful to see which subscription ended, e.g. by an entry in the feedback history
