By increasing (virtaul) buffer size to 2^31, IO overhead can be reduced by ~20% in some tests.

Uploads should be resumable 'the next morning' if interrupted.

- Advertise creation-defer-length support
- Store upload metadata in separate file
- Pick up old uploads on restart
- Expire uploads 24h after creation
- Implement tus.io protocol more strictly

If a tus upload has a target length, it should be considered incomplete
if it is smaller (or larger) than that.

Subtile differences make it hard to support ElasticSearch 6, 7, 8 and OpenSearch at the same time. Support is still experimental.

Fail if imported ZIP file contains filenames non-utf-8 filenames.
This unfortunately is not feasible for TAR archives because the tar
implementation silently replaces bad characters with '?'.

While the code should work for newer java releases,

Authorizers can now express 'I don't care/know' and
